If any GM caught a player in action he/she can directly punish the culprit/lawbreaker. NOTE: There won't be any more warnings when doing these offenses. Light offenses: (Trash talk/Any foul words may it be directed to anyone or not thru @bc) Penalty 1st offense = Mute 20 minutes 2nd offense = Mute 40 minutes 3rd offense = Mute w/ Jail 1 hour 4th offense = Account Lock 1 week 5th offense = Permanent Ban Serious offenses: (Racism, Sexual Harassment, Involvement of Families/Significant Others) Penalty 1st offense = Jail w/ mute 1 week 2nd offense = Jail w/ mute 1 month 3rd offense = Permanent Ban (Trash talking GMs) Penalty 1st offense = Jail w/ mute 1 hour 2nd offense = Jail w/mute 1 day 3rd offense = Account Lock 1 week 4th offense = Permanent Ban GMs are allowed to intervene in any way they deem necessary. Please don't limit your understanding of the server rules to what is stated above. Also these are just guidelines and instructions, not everything stated here is set in stone, so nitpicking about some loopholes you find here or other minuscule things is pointless. If you feel that you should report someone then report them regardless of how much of the criteria above is fulfilled or not. However also be prepared that we might not punish said person. These are simply providing some guidelines as to what to provide in the reports to ensure the perpetrator gets punished. On the other hand, we may also punish people even if none of the things defined on these guidelines is fulfilled. We have our own ways to acquire proof as well, so don't forget that.
