5). What do you think is your best quality that you can contribute on our server ? - I can give basic support as a Event/Support to new players and to old players as well, the most important is the good relation with them to lessen the toxicity in the game. Always be neutral
6). Why do we need to hire you ? You should hire me because of the reason like #5. I believe this is what you need. To be neutral and know how to handle critical situations.

5.) How long do you play Ragnarok Online? Been playing RO since 2004 or 05, pRO, switched to SHR in 2006. In the WoE scene in lowrate, midrate, HR and SHR. 

6.) Do you have any experience of being a Game Master before? If yes, what server/s and what is your position. Yes, Was a GM in BlackoutRO. I was the Head of Events there.

5). What do you think is your best quality that you can contribute on our server ? I would like to focus on helping out players and be a support to the other GM's in their events. But I don't think focusing on one thing would be the key to being a GM, We should be able to compromise and adjust to anything given to us.

6). Why do we need to hire you ? I have the patience and understanding the new players and old players, and having the transparency to everyone
